Complaints Procedure

We maintain a procedure for handling any complaints by clients that is designed to ensure any complaint is dealt with in a prompt and fair manner.

If you have a complaint about our services or charges you can refer your complaint to the lawyer who has responsibility for your file.

If you do not wish to refer your complaint to that person, or you are not satisfied with that person’s response to your complaint, you may refer your complaint to either Gary Fail, Chris Robertson, Gretchen Hart or Tiffany McRae, RMF’s Partners.
